Paphiopedilum wardii Summerh.
Found in Northern Burma and South-west China. Petals are usually heavily spotted but there have been recent imports (shown above) which are more brown in the petals. There is an alba form that is totally green and white.
Plant is generally easy to grow in culture, seems to like open well draining mixes. The alba forms for selfings of clones can be more difficult to grow.
