Paphiopedilum concolor (Bateman) Pfitzer
Paph concolor 'Debbie Ann'
Paph concolor has one of the largest distribution ranges stretching from Malaysia to Vietnam and up into Southern China. It is a smaller flower, average of maybe 4 cm in size, with a color of light cream to deep yellow brushed with small spots. Each flower spike may carry up to 4 flowers. There is an alba form which is pure white. Paph concolor has been used to breed yellows but can exhibit an albinistic quanlity which can wash out the color of its progeny.
The plants are easy to grow. These seem to do best in a open mix with good drainage.
