The following are pictures of awards given on December 11, 1999 at
the RMRJC. They are published in this forum for information only to
encourage judging participation and provide education of hybridizing
trends and recognition of quality hybrids and species. All awards
are provisional until published in the AOS Awards Quarterly and this
information should be treated as preliminary.

Two slightly crowded, well-proportioned flowers on one 25 cm.
inflorescence; sepals and petals white; lip most prominent feature,
white rose-lavender centrally, interior of mid-lobe bright yellow,
posterior with "lip-stick" lavender splash; anther cap white with
bright lavender stripes; substance above average; texture
crystalline.
