TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Availability of plants is subject to prior sale, and offers
may be withdrawn at any time. This list cancels all previous
lists and offers.
- Curved Air Orchids gives no warranty, expressed or implied, as
to the productivity of any plant. All plants are selected for
health and vigor and, to the best of our knowledge, are shipped
free of pests and disease. All plants are accurately labelled.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us
immediately. In all cases, our exposure shall be limited to a
nursery credit for problem plants, subject to the return of the
problem plant, or other documentation.
- When ordering, verify the availability of the plants you wish
to purchase. Upon receipt of your confirmed order, we will fax,
email or mail your invoice. Payment is required at this time.
Phyto and CITES documents will then be processed, if necessary,
and your order shipped.
- Payment should accompany all orders. Payments must be made in
U.S. currency by check, money order, wire transfer, Visa,
Mastercard, American Express, JCB or other major credit
cards.
- All plants will be shipped with accurate labels, and invoiced
for the actual charge. All plants will be shipped bareroot,
packed with shredded wax paper wrapped in plastic.
Domestic Orders:
- The minimum order within the Continental U.S. is $50.00.
- All orders shipped Priority Air Mail. For special shipments
we suggest FedEx, UPS Next Day, or Express Mail.
- Packing and shipping charges for Priority Air Mail: $8.00 for
the first plant, $2.00 for each additional plant. Additional
charges for special shipments will be billed separately.
International Orders:
- The minimum order outside the Continental U.S. is
$350.00.
- All plants will be shipped by Express Mail. Shipping and
handling will be invoiced at cost.
- We have both Appendix I and Appendix II CITES permits. For
CITES documents and Phytosanitary certificate, please add $100.00.
If your country requires advance documentation, the charges are
$150.00.
